instructions: PLEASE make sure to trim the wick before burning. for wooden wicks, it should be 1/8” inch. since wood wicks are wider than typical cotton wicks, the flame can be quite large if not trimmed proeprly. once burnt, please REtrim the wick before burning again. for the first burn, plan to burn the candle for at least 2 hours to create a decent melt pool that will serve as a “memory” for the candle. this should prevent tunneling. please follow basic candle safety instructions when burning this candle. click here for candle safety instructions.
